My aim is to demystify nutrition and cut through the noise while educating, inspiring, and empowering you with a holistic, personalized, and evidence-based approach. Whether you need personal nutrition coaching, you're looking for healthy recipes, or you're a business or brand needing nutrition consultancy, I can help. Additionally, if you want to offer workplace wellbeing, I also conduct nutrition workshops to support your goals.

Combining my 10+ years in sales, marketing, and strategy with my nutrition science degree, CPD, and passion for all things food, I create healthy recipes and write nutrition articles. I also enjoy conducting nutrition workshops that promote wellness.
I offer 1:1 consultations and coaching on a range of areas, including healthy recipes and nutrition workshops. In all my coaching and nutrition plans, irrespective of your goals, I consider the brain, heart, mental & emotional health, energy, performance, strength, gut, and hormone health. Whether you want to get fitter and stronger, support your female cycle and fertility, or lose weight in a gentle and balanced way, my passion lies in creating balance, nourishment, and joy with the food you eat every day. Whether you're at the start of your journey and feeling confused or you've already started and are not seeing results, I can help with tailored nutrition articles and resources.
I've always loved cooking and experimenting with foods. I believe that healthy recipes can be delicious and that nutritious food doesn't have to be full of sugar, salt, and fat to taste good! Additionally, I enjoy reading nutrition articles and attending nutrition workshops to further enhance my culinary skills.
