My name is Hannah Norris, I am a registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. I use a personalised, holistic approach using up to date scientific evidence.
My aim is to educate and inspire people on nutrition, good food, exercise and health. I will debunk common myths & misinformation whilst helping you to become a healthier you!

I've always loved cooking and experimenting with foods. I don't think healthy food has to taste bad, and I don't think food has to be laden with sugar, salt and fat for it to taste good!
Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating well, you may not see the results you want! I aim to promote health at all sizes and to encourage realistic goals.
I truly believe personalized nutrition is the way forward!
I can come in to a gym or workplace to deliver nutritional seminars and talks. I have presented at Kings College University, Fitness Space Wimbledon and various corporates
After attending Hannah’s boot camp and following her weekly meal planner I felt fitter, leaner and had more energy. We discussed foods that I enjoyed eating and those that I didn’t.
