My goal is to support you, empower you and help you achieve you whatever your goals are in a safe, healthy and sustainable way. I aim to promote health at all sizes and to encourage realistic goals.
I truly believe personalized nutrition is the way forward with a focus on nourishing your body for all aspects of your health, No restrictive dieting here!
As a qualified nutritionist with a masters degree in nutrition and also a qualified fitness coach with a sport science degree, I can help you in various ways.
I work privately with clients to work toward various goals. Yes, you can have multiple!
First Step
Whenever you work with me, I will firstly ask you to fill in a questionnaire to see if I am a suitable nutritionist to work with you, if I don't think I can help you I won't take your money and leave you feeling frustrated!
If you want to jump straight in you can fill out my onboarding questionnaire here.
We can then discuss if you'd like a one off, or coaching. I will also make a recommendation based on your goal, but this is completely up to you.
I will then most likely ask you to do a food diary to bring to your consultation, or better yet, for me to see before the consultation.
I am gentle and non-judgemental in my approach. I will adjust my approach based on how best you work, your past history, goals etc.
We can work together for 1 -12 months depending on your goal. This is much more comprehensive and effective for long term results.
What does it include?
This includes an initial 1:1 consult, personalised plan with recommendations and discounts for supplements (if needed!) etc. plus adjustments and regular check ins (WhatsApp, email, phone whatever you prefer)
I ensure this is a thorough approach, listen to your problems and make slow healthy habits, help you understand yourself and see long term results.
In this a 50 minute session where we will discuss your current diet, what you'd like to achieve and discuss ways we can help you achieve it, plus address any burning nutrition questions or concerns you may have (while talking to me as a professional to help you navigate all the rubbish out there!)
I can make some basic recommendations, look at your current diet and make recommended adjustments including supplements if needed etc. as only so much can be done in an hour!
You could do 1 consultation a month, or use this option as a follow up.
Examples:
- You are newly pregnant or trying to get pregnant and want some simple tips and advice
- You are struggling with exercise performance
- You'd like some advice on your current diet
- You'd like some supplement recommendations
- Simply want to pick my brains and learn more about nutrition!
- You're a PT and want official meal plans/nutrition advice for your client/s
This includes the 1:1 hour, plus a follow up document with information and a 'plan' to guide you after the consultation. Each document and plan I make is 100% personalised.
I can work with a personal trainer on this or as I have a host of connections in the industry, even recommend you a relevant personal trainer and provide discounts on products/supplements etc. if applicable
