I started working with Hannah on my nutrition and fitness at the beginning of January and the results have been amazing!
Hannah provided me with a full nutrition and exercise plan which was detailed and tailored exactly to my needs and lifestyle. I explained what my weaknesses were food wise and Hannah helped me balance my diet so that I can still have the foods I love!
I have lost weight which is great but I understand so much more about my body and what works when staying in shape and eating healthily. Hannah has helped me change my mind set and my habits so that healthy eating becomes a part of my lifestyle and not a constant chore. I now understand so much more about what is in the foods I am eating, so I can begin to read labels and make the decisions myself.
Since the 7th January Hannah has been in constant communication with me and always answers any questions I have... and I have pestered her with a lot of questions! She has never lost interest and has kept me constantly motivated with new meal ideas and continuing to explain what I need to do to see the results I want.
There have been times when I have felt things weren’t working or disheartened that I was seeing the results I wanted. Hannah is amazing at these times! She would look at my food diary and explain what I needed to improve on or explain reasons why I might be feeling bloated/extra hungry that week for example.
I am almost four months into the plan and have hit my goal weight. I am looking forward to the next steps in regards to maintaining my weight and toning my body.
I would highly recommend Hannah if you’re aiming to lose weight or just have a healthier lifestyle. I started my plan 8 weeks out from my wedding with a goal to fit into the dress I’d ordered over the summer after Christmas of eating!
Hannah asked me to do a food diary for a week before she wrote the plan. This was especially good for me as I’m vegetarian and find it much harder to find meal plans I can follow that aren’t boring! The plan was tailored to foods that I’d usually eat so it was an easier adjustment to make a few swaps rather than things I wouldn’t normally cook.
Throughout the 8 weeks Hannah was reviewing my food diary and suggesting things I could change to keep on track with my calorie target. It was really motivating to know that someone else could see what I was eating which I think makes you more accountable.
I already went to the gym before starting but adding in step targets as well as exercise targets helped me to get out at lunchtime and walk rather than stay at my desk which I think contributed to the changes.
I’m so happy that I asked Hannah for help and I hit my goal with a few weeks to spare!
