This is a low calorie peanut-y sweet treat, perfect on a rice cake or ryvita.
All you need:
Frozen blueberries (8 berries)
50ml Water
1/2 tsp Honey
2 heaped tsp Peanut butter powder (PB:fit)
1 tsp Lemon omega 3 oil
1. Pop the frozen blueberries in a on a high heat, add 50ml water and bubble, slightly crush the berries with the back of the spoon as they soften
2. In a bowl, add 2 large tsp peanut butter with omega 3 oil
3. Add the honey to the berries, simmering until most of the water has boiled off to leave a thick blueberry paste (it'll thicken as it cools)
4. Add to the bowl with PB powder - mix and voila!
