QUICK & EASY FLAPJACKS

Very quick and easy sweet snack, great for before a workout or as a healthy sweat treat!

I used left over chickpeas to make them a bit higher in fibre, protein and you can't taste them at all! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 50g chickpeas
  • salt
  • 1 heaped tsp cinnamon


  • Raisins, dark chocolate, seeds etc. 

Method

Blend the banana, chickpeas, pinch of salt, honey & peanut butter together


Stir in with the cinnamon and oats. 

Mix in filling of choice.


Spread into a greased baking tray. Bake for 35mins on 180c (less time if you prefer them soft!)


Leave to cool.
