I have introduced genes testing, using Omnos testing to my personalised plans.
I studied nutrigenetics at St Mary's University and it's fascinating what we can now tell from a simple swab test.
Genomics isn't scary, it simply allows us to see how your body interacts with the food you consume, how your genes influence how you react to nutrients and how food can impact your health.
By running a genes test, you can get insight to whether a high protein diet is good for you, what nutrients you may be more likely to be deficient and potential higher disease risk.
